For a fifth consecutive night, protests erupted across Serbia, with demonstrators targeting offices of the ruling Serbian Progressive Party.

Windows were smashed at party headquarters.

President Aleksander Vučić has vowed to punish those involved in the attacks, and riot police were deployed in response to the unrest.

The ongoing demonstrations, which began in November 2023 following a deadly railway roof collapse, are fueled by public anger over alleged corruption and calls for Vučić's resignation.

The incident is seen by protesters as symptomatic of deeper systemic issues within the country..
